Court of Protection

If it is too late for a person to make a Power of Attorney a member of the family will have to make an application to the Court of Protection for a Deputy Order. We can handle the application process which can be quite stressful, expensive and time-consuming. It isn’t unusual for the Court to take weeks if not months, to grant an Order so that a person’s everyday needs can be addressed.
