Second Spofforths partner is awarded corporate finance qualification

Peter Lansberry, a senior partner of Spofforths’ office in Horsham, is the second partner in the firm in the space of two months to be awarded the prestigious corporate finance qualification. This is granted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Spofforths is one of the largest firms of chartered accountants in Sussex. Peter Lansberry’s colleague Kevin Johnson, the firm’s other corporate finance partner,  was given the qualification in April.

The qualification is awarded either by examination or by experience. A panel of highly distinguished practitioners will assess the credentials of those making an application through the experience route. Kevin Johnson devotes 100% of his time to corporate finance whereas it forms a part of Peter Lansberry’s general practice client work.

The award recognises Peter Lansberry’s expertise built over 25 years in service to Spofforths’ clients requiring a range of corporate finance products and services.
