Peter is based in Horsham. He has a wide portfolio of clients, but specialises in charities, business acquisitions and sales and partnerships.
Peter has responsibility for the overall strategy of the corporate finance department, which provides support for all partners, as well as dealing with engagements introduced by bankers, solicitors etc.
In addition to his role as corporate finance partner Peter is the technical partner for the firm with a brief that covers accounting and audit matters together with appropriate company law and other quasi legal matters.
